It was an honor and a pleasure to list and sell with fellow Tahoe Mountain Realty colleague Michael Montalbano this award winning home from NSM Construction. The Tahoe Quarterly Award winning home built by and for NSM owner Mark Neave was designed by Dennis Zirbel Architects.
The home was meant to be lived in but have the feel that an artisan built it. The vision was successfully developed.
