We have made Truckee our home for 20 years while building and remodeling several homes in the area. After developing a friendship with Doug Flynn and his family it seemed natural to ask him to list our latest home on Swiss Lane in Tahoe Donner.
We have never experienced such professionalism and commitment from our Realtor. Doug and his wife Erin spent so much time with us, showing us market comparables, discussing staging and ultimately coming up with a sales plan including a higher than expected listing and sales price! Doug and his team were on top of every detail and didn’t slow down until we were closed in less than 3 months.
Doug’s commitment to the Truckee/Tahoe community and to his clients is amazing, although we aren’t sure how he finds time to sleep! He coaches and sponsors both of his kids in multiple sports, including baseball, basketball, golf, skiing and he seems to know everyone everywhere he goes. He has an incredible reputation in our community.
