Chinquapin Featured Listing – Sold by DFRE
I am almost sad that we sold our most recent Chinquapin listing as I so love visiting Chinquapin. The amenity pictures Chris Beck Photography took are so great I am going to miss them. Good chance I will reuse them a lot! The picture above is currently our Doug Flynn Real Estate Facebook featured page and I will leave it for awhile! We had this 2-bedroom listed last summer and after a few offers that didn’t come together we decided to pull it. Once the winter market got so hot and the inventory was zero at Chinquapin I called the seller and said “now!” and it sold in 4 days for $625,500. This sale has Doug Flynn Real Estate on the Top Producing Realtor list for the Truckee Tahoe MLS for 2018 we are happy for the sellers and ourselves. It is a great property and the new buyer is going to love the over-sized yard and is going to make it their own with some remodeling. Once again we are going to see a lot of remodeling in coming years as older Tahoe properties in many neighborhoods change hands. We look forward to our next Chinquapin property and with summer coming it will be fun to spend more time at the lake with real estate. Always fun to be at the lake!
