Properties in Escrow 

2017 started with three properties in escrow for Doug Flynn Real Estate in two different resort communities, Gray’s Crossing Old Greenwood. Nice start to the year if we are going to copy 2016 as another top producing realtor year for Doug Flynn Real Estate. Most of the action with this incredible start to the year we are having is at the ski resorts but that business will probably develop as actual sales later in the season. Northstar Mountainside is on fire and just getting better everyday as awesome days on the mountain are enjoyed. The traffic to drive into Northstar and Squaw is only enhancing the desire to own IN the ski resort communities. That will show in the spring.

There are 158 properties currently pending in the Tahoe MLS region. This is down from 166 last week but this number is pretty normal for the peak winter. This will easily double in the prime summer selling days. There are 11 properties in escrow in Northstar currently and 7 in Squaw Valley. Property does sell in the winter but just not as much.
