Having been relocated to an area that we had never before visited, we had no idea which neighborhood we wanted to live in. Doug spent over eight hours on his very first day with me, driving all over North Lake Tahoe to ensure that I saw a myriad of potential options, and to acquaint me with this beautiful area. Not only did Doug not try to steer my decision, he was very quick to understand what I did & did not want in a house, often before I had come to that realization on my own.
Doug enabled my husband and I to find just the right home, in a part of town that was perfect for us. On top of that, he and Erin guided us from an offer to closing in less than 4 1/2 weeks, going over and above to ensure that all details were seamlessly taken care of.
