It is a great time to list if you are thinking of selling your Truckee/Tahoe property. DFRE just put our Chinquapin 2-bedroom condo listing in escrow after only four days on the market. The inventory is low and the weather is too nice so people are thinking ahead to summer with their real estate needs, at least until skiing kicks back into full gear.
