1331 Mineral Springs – Alpine Meadows

I find 1331 Mineral Springs in Alpine Meadows to be very intriguing. I love the end of cul-de-sac location with the long driveway. This home will not be for the faint of heart when it comes to snow removal but check out the snow plow in the garage. You will see it in the video. The window orientation and overall design I liked and I point out details of such in the video. They did a nice job overall of protecting the home from exposure to Alpine Meadows Road. The home does need some remodeling and I not think it will sell at this list price. The view up the creek and from the driveway to the mountain are both very cool.
